We offer a variety of mortgage payment relief options designed to provide temporary assistance, so you can continue to enjoy the comfort and security of your home. Some of the relief options are:
- Waiving any applicable pre-payment penalties in the event of a sale
- Waiving internal fees and costs
- Extending the amortization period
- Referring insured mortgages to the Mortgage Insurer HOAP (Homeowner Assistance Program)
Please note that relief measures are assessed on an individual basis to determine the appropriateness for consumers. Factors considered include: the eligibility criteria; the associated clients’ risk; and the existence of material changes in the client’s risk on an ongoing basis.
